Top 10 Sports Books for Youth: 2011

I’m thrilled that both Basketball Belles and Wheels of Change made Booklist magazine’s list of “Top 10 Sports Books for Youth: 2011.” I’m also happy that half of the books on the list are about women and most are nonfiction. It’s great to see authors celebrated for illuminating the true-life adventures of notable athletes as well as for writing compelling works of sports fiction.
