Carnival Night for Kids 2011

On June 8, 2011, I'll be reading from Bull's-Eye: A Photobiography of Annie Oakley and signing books at Carnival Night for Kids in New York City's Central Park. The event runs from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. and is a benefit for the youth services programs of the Coalition for the Homeless. Those programs include Camp Homeward Bound, the nation's first summer sleep-away camp for homeless children; Bound for Success, an afterschool and day care program; and the Coalition's comprehensive crisis services for families.
